Windows is already automatically downloading updates unless you use the Pause option shown on your screen-shot to disable it for a time. I believe this has changed recently and there’s no longer the “Choose how updates are installed” option. I’ve just checked a couple of my own computers – and they both show the Advanced section exactly like your screenshot – and they definitely automatically download updates!
