Employers constantly seek to deliver a diverse workforce. They are doing this by focusing on GPA requirements, interview technology and technical assessments. How
are job postings scripted? What candidate sources are chosen for talent? Who are their recruitment partners? Be careful of “company culture” masquerading as a veiled way of justifying unconscious bias. Recruitment agencies, make unconscious bias training available for your staff.
