Location: Need to live within 120mile radius of Blue Bell, PA and need someone to go to Blue Bell office for meetings and go to client sites and vendor partner sites. Currently the position is mostly work from home and post COVID that will change. On avg 1 – 2 days per week in the office post COVID.
Salary: Comp = $75-100k for the base and OTE up to $150k

3TG Staffing Solutions is looking for an Account Executive to join our technology team! In this role, you will identify and secure new customers, as well as strengthen and maintain existing clients for 3TG products and services.
Responsibilities:
Actively seeks new business opportunities to sell the full range of Arraya products and services within assigned and newly formed accounts or territories to achieve revenue goal. Emphasis will be on identifying new customers and sales opportunities
Builds and maintains client relationships by acting as an advisor on industry trends and how 3TG product and service offerings can be leveraged for positive outcomes
Anticipates clients’ needs and, in collaboration with Arraya marketing, consulting, and/or management staff, develops and presents proposed solutions to client’s complex IT issues
Identifies and leads the pursuit of the targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities within current accounts
Represents the company to the client and the client to the company in all sales related activities
Monitors client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works with the CX Team to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
As required, may participate in contract renewal efforts on large multi-year contracts
Position Requirements:
At least three (3) years of B2B sales experience
Proven hunting/prospecting techniques
Technical sales experience required
Proven sales experience with Enterprise and Commercial accounts
Experience with complex consultative selling is a plus
Sales experience with IT Infrastructure and OEM/ISV hardware/software a plus
Experience with channel sales a plus
BS/BA preferred
Skills and Expertise:
Extensive and expert knowledge of customer account management and proven experience in seeking and securing new business
Information technology solutions/consulting services portfolio is a plus
Strong intrapersonal skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
